I have been mulling over this review for a minute, because I’m not sure I can describe Cameron and Trudy in a way that will do them and their efforts justice. Cameron and Trudy are the kindest people I have met here, and even after the paperwork is signed and the sale is complete, they continue to go above and beyond- a bowl of candy so you can enjoy passing out Halloween candy? Check. A thoughtful and thoroughly described guide to local eateries? Check. If anyone needs a realtor, I shamelessly suggest Team Ramos, and here’s why: Throughout the process, any questions or concerns that came up were answered about as fast as I could think of them. Any houses I wanted to see? It was nearly always a matter of driving over right then. Advice was given when I asked, and it was always backed by experience and wisdom- with the Ramos family having lived in the area for so long, the ins and outs were definitely covered, both in terms of the area and the housing/real estate market. Cameron and Trudy somehow manage to roll out the red carpet and simultaneously make you feel like a star and like a well-acquainted friend. They are an asset to not only have in your corner, but to Ukiah as a whole.
